🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it
• It must be in the original packaging
• You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our side.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@labubu-pop.com.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• Items marked “Final Sale”

🚫 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
3. Contact your bank.
4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
